Afterglow: Fabrication Friday

Afterglow: Fabrication Friday

About This Event

for our final Fabrication Friday in our current space, we’re gathering for Afterglow — a cyanotype workshop + open studio on queer memory, visibility, and future-building. cyanotype is a process of emergence: images appear through light, water, contact, and time. this Pride Month, we’re using that process to think about what becomes visible when we let the light in — through the cracks, through the archive, through what we carry. led by founding artist + art therapist Fernanda López , we’ll make cyanotypes from photos, personal objects, and found materials. bring something to print with — or just bring yourself. you’ll make prints to take home, and you’re invited to leave one with us as part of our collective print archive. i. cyanotype lab ii. collage + edit table iii. collective print archive iv. listening lounge v. tea bar + bites
