AI agents are moving quickly from compelling demonstrations toward real institutional workflows. But building an agent that performs well in a controlled setting is very different from deploying one inside a financial institution – where data quality, security, permissions, reliability, regulation, and human accountability all matter. Hosted by Women Leading AI, this follow-up to our June 1 event, AI Agents in Finance: The Next Wave of Adoption , will move the conversation from what agents can do to what it actually takes to put them to work. The evening will open with a practical overview of how an AI agent is structured – from defining its objective and selecting its model to connecting it with data, tools, memory, and guardrails.
