City of Seattle's Regional Partners Forum
About This Event
The City of Seattle is updating its Climate Action Plan , a roadmap of how Seattle will reduce pollution, prepare for climate impacts, and build a healthier, more equitable city for everyone. We’re reaching out because your leadership and perspective are exactly what this work needs. You’re invited to the City of Seattle's Regional Partners Forum , a convening held as part of the Climate Action Plan update, bringing together leaders across academia, business, health, philanthropy, regional government, and community organizations. We are hosting this cross-sector group to align on shared climate priorities focused on resilience and adaptation, building a green economy, protecting public health, and reducing emissions. The Partners Forum will be an opportunity for you and your peers to help shape what is included in the Climate Action Plan through interactive workshops and discussions. For more information on our planning process so far and timeline, check out the Climate Action Plan webpage . This event is hosted by the City's Office of Sustainability and Environment.
