Human Nature: An Immersive Elemental Experience in Climate, Art, and Emotion
About This Event
What does the climate crisis feel like in your body? Co-created by Spaceworks Tacoma and the Office of Leslie Davenport , Human Nature is an immersive, participatory experience held as part of PNW Climate Week. Move through four elemental stations — Earth, Air, Fire, and Water — each paired with an emotional landscape and hands-on activities designed to help you process, reflect, and reconnect. 🌍 Earth — plant seeds, press your fears into soil, and let the ground hold what you can't carry alone. 💨 Air — whisper what's hard to say, breathe in cedar and rosemary, and find space to be inspired. 🔥 Fire — release your rage and reconnect with your passion with your body and for the world. 💧 Water — dissolve a loss, find your flow, and take home a word that carries you forward. Stations may include floor cushions and conversation prompts for those who want to go deeper together. Community artwork will be on display throughout the space.
