The Third Mind invites you into the Summer of Sports as we host a salon x World Cup watch party with Rich Tu, award winning creative director and designer behind the 2026 FIFA World Cup Poster for NYNJ. We’ll talk to Rich about designing for FIFA and how visual culture shapes what people wear, follow and identify with. The conversation will also explore heritage and image-making, including the Sampaguita flower in the poster, a nod to Rich’s Filipino heritage and a reminder that immigrant communities are not outside the story of this place, but are part of its fabric.
