Build Your Own Cyberdeck

Note: In order to have your registration approved, you must venmo Ling the workshop fee @LLNG916 In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll build a Cyberdeck — a tiny handheld computer that you can modify and customize. We'll start together: an ESP32 microcontroller, a button, and a screen, wired up on a breadboard and running code. Just plug, connect, and watch it come to life. Once everyone's got a working base, you'll choose your own path: Magic 8-Ball : ask it anything, press the button, let it decide your fate Pocket Weather Station : pull live conditions and forecasts onto your screen Dino Jumper : build the endlessly replayable no-internet dinosaur game You'll leave with a device you built and programmed yourself — plus the confidence to keep hacking on it.
