Small group conversations at a conference

Networking without the overwhelm

Big events are draining when every introduction feels like a performance. Wyrl lets you see who is nearby, send a short message first, and meet when you are ready.

Try Wyrl at your next event

A lower-pressure way to connect

Scan before you approach

Read who is at the event and decide who is worth a conversation on your timeline, not the room's.

Text first, meet second

A two-sentence message is easier than cold-opening in a loud hall.

One or two conversations is enough

Wyrl is not built for working the whole room. It helps you find the few people who match what you came for.

Connect without handing out your number

Share your Wyrl profile QR code on social or in person. When someone scans it, they add you to their business cards. Your personal details stay private until you choose to share them, and either of you can start messaging.

Common questions

Is Wyrl good for introverts at events?

Many people prefer a short message before an in-person hello. Wyrl lets you choose when to reach out and keep conversations going after the room clears.

Do I have to approach strangers in person first?

No. You can message someone in the app first and meet when you are both ready. Sharing a digital business card is optional and mutual.

Can I connect without sharing my phone number?

Yes. Share your Wyrl profile QR code. When someone scans it, they add you to their business cards without receiving your personal details. You can message in the app and share contact info only when you choose.

Do I have to always be visible to others when I use the app?

No. You can switch to invisible mode whenever you want and still message people in the app. Nearby discovery works without checking into an event, and you can adjust who you see in Settings.

What if I only want one or two conversations?

That is normal. Wyrl is not built for mass connecting. It helps you find the few people who match your goals at that specific event.
