About This Event
Event is now on Friday, June 19th! What is the phenomena of 432hz, and what does a millennium of music history have to say about it? Dan Gorelick joins Sean Russell Hallowell in conversation about the nature of sound and the history of music, with live performances opening and closing the talk. While the conversation covers many topics it is aimed at all audiences who are curious about sound. The rabbit-hole goes deeper than you think, covering topics such as just-intonation, resonance, physicality of sound and many more. Schedule: 7:00: Doors 7:45: Opening performance 8:00: Talk and Discussion 9:00: Closing performance 9:30: Additional performances! Talk will be in-person (seating limited to 60 spots).
