Floating Cloister is a one-day hybrid gathering of fifty freelancers in Brooklyn — designers, writers, consultants, builders — who are doing something quietly rare. They're staying rooted while the ground keeps moving under them. AI tools change weekly. Pricing benchmarks shift overnight. The pace of self-promotion grows louder.
