About This Event

"Tagging the endogenous proteome: HiBiT and NanoLuc for the questions your endpoint assay can't answer" An introduction to the NanoLuc® luciferase platform and its applications for studying proteins in living cells. The session will cover HiBiT-based quantification of endogenous protein abundance and degradation, NanoBiT complementation for protein-protein interactions, and NanoBRET® target engagement in intact cells, with a preview of newly launched TarSeer BRETSA platform for in-cell, tracer-independent measurement of compound binding and potency. Lunch will be provided; bring your hardest assay-development question. ---- Andrew Zhang is a Strategic Collaborations Manager at Promega, based in the Greater Boston Area, with over a decade of drug discovery experience.
