Scaling AI Responsibly: AI Governance, Ownership and Organizational Change

Join Hi Marley for an executive roundtable hosted by Jonathan Tushman, CTO & Chief AI Officer at Hi Marley. The discussion will take place at our office located at 10 Post Office Square and is specifically targeted for CAIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders, designed to be a candid conversation on what’s working – and what’s not – when it comes to deploying AI responsibly and effectively inside organizations. Together, we’ll discuss how organizations are structuring AI governance, ownership, and operational decision-making as AI adoption scales across the business. Topics will include infrastructure and hosting, team structure, governance models, decision rights, and how leaders are balancing innovation, accountability, and organizational change. Breakfast and networking will begin at 8:00 AM, followed by a peer-driven roundtable discussion from 8:30–9:30 AM focused on practical lessons, shared challenges, and emerging approaches from leaders actively building and scaling AI capabilities.
