Agent Commons exists to dismantle it. 2026 marks the year AI agents passed from spectacle into substance — drafting code, arranging travel, quietly running the operations that keep work moving. Yet those whose livelihoods these systems stand to redefine have, by and large, never written a line of code, nor been offered a seat at the table.
